Walk the rows of our own estate vineyard with the family who planted it — understanding the soil, the exposure, and the decisions that shape each harvest of Nebbiolo, Barbera and Syrah. From the vines we move into the cellar, where the wine ages in French oak barriques, to taste it at every stage on the way to the bottle.
The tasting itself is built entirely around our own estate wines: Juliette, our 100% Nebbiolo red (Monferrato Nebbiolo DOC); Juliette Rosé, the same Nebbiolo vines vinified pale and fresh; and Monferrato Rosso, our Barbera and Syrah blend aged 18 months in barrique (Monferrato Rosso DOCG) — poured against the panorama of the hills that grew them, unhurried, unscripted, and always with something to eat alongside. Available year-round for villa guests; just let us know when during your stay you'd like to taste.
