Monferrato · Piemonte · Italy
Crafted from Barbera and Nebbiolo vines rooted in the windswept hills of Monferrato, each bottle carries the soul of the land.
Two expressions of our hillside terroir — handcrafted in the tradition of Piemonte, bottled with love.
Red Wine · Monferrato Nebbiolo
Grown from 100% Nebbiolo vines in Soglio at 250 metres, on ancient Pliocene sandbanks overlaid with impermeable clay, Juliette is harvested by hand in mid-October when the grape reaches full phenolic ripeness. The south and south-east facing exposure and the constant hill breeze of the Bric shape a wine of quiet intensity and remarkable character.
Ruby red with characteristic transparency and subtle orange notes at the rim, Juliette reveals aromas of black cherry, spice and a delicate floral lift. The palate is dry, warm and tannic — structured yet harmonious, with balanced acidity and a long, composed finish. Best served at 16–18°C with pasta with meat sauces, boiled or marinated meats and medium-aged cheeses.
Rosé Wine · Monferrato
The same 100% Nebbiolo vines in Soglio, the same ancient Pliocene sandbanks and impermeable clay, the same south-facing hillside at 250 metres — but expressed here in its most delicate and luminous form. Harvested by hand in mid-October, the grapes undergo only a brief skin contact before the free-run juice is drawn off and fermented slowly in stainless steel at low temperature, preserving the full aromatic freshness of the variety.
Pale salmon pink with soft copper reflections, Juliette Rosé opens with notes of wild strawberry, pomegranate and rose petal, with a whisper of the spice that defines the Nebbiolo character. On the palate she is dry, fresh and elegant — a gentle tannic presence, bright acidity and a clean, persistent finish. Best served at 10–12°C alongside seafood, light pasta dishes, charcuterie or simply as an aperitivo in the garden.
Red Wine · Monferrato Rosso DOCG
A blend of 30% Barbera and 70% Syrah grown in Soglio at 250 metres on south-facing slopes of Astian Pliocene sandbanks overlaid with impermeable clay. The grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September, fermented for 8–10 days with repeated pump-overs to extract colour, tannins and aromas, then aged for 18 months in French oak barriques before continuing its refinement in the bottle.
Ruby red with vivid purple hints, the Rosso opens with characteristic spicy and floral aromas and notes of black cherry. The palate is full-bodied, fresh and balanced — soft tannins and a pleasing persistence make it a wine for the whole meal. Uncork at least 30 minutes before serving at 18°C alongside first courses, cold or white meat dishes and medium-hard cheeses.
In every glass, the Monferrato hills speak — of wind, patience, and a family's quiet devotion to the vine.
